Fine and elegant wine made of the traditional white Bulgarian wine grape Dimiat, blended with Chardonnay. Pale golden color combined with vanilla notes and fresh herbal flavour. Perfeclty suitable for summer days with good company. On the label is the “Saint Dimitar” church which was built in 1866. The iconostasis and the ambon are handmade work of carvers from Kalofer town. The church is significant cultural and historical monument of high artistic value. Here lie the mortal remains of Bacho Kiro.

CHARDONNAY CHEESE PLATE
Creating the perfect cheese plate is all about striking a balance between cheeses and other small bites that enhance the flavors of your wine. Some crackers and perhaps a loaf of fresh French Bread are key.
